POForge provides AI-powered translation and localization tools for WordPress plugins and themes. Our service allows you to:

  • Upload POT (Portable Object Template) files
  • Translate content using AI technology
  • Generate MO (Machine Object) files for use in WordPress
  • Manage translation projects and workflows

The Service may evolve over time with new features, updates, or changes to existing functionality.

3. User Responsibilities

When using POForge, you agree to:

  • Own Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to POForge
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure that your content is legal and does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Acceptable Use: Not use the Service for abusive, harmful, illegal, or malicious purposes
  • Account Security: Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information when required

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and how you use the translations generated by POForge.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All translations are AI-generated. Accuracy is not guaranteed.

POForge uses artificial intelligence to generate translations. While we strive for high-quality results, AI-generated translations may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content.

You must:

  • Review all translations before using them in production
  • Verify accuracy and appropriateness for your use case
  • Not rely solely on AI translations for critical or sensitive content
  • Accept full responsibility for how you use the translations

POForge is not liable for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from the use of AI-generated translations.

5. Credits & Payments

POForge operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits: Credits are consumed when you use translation services
  • Purchasing: You can purchase additional credits as needed
  • Pricing: Credit pricing may change with notice
  • Non-Refundable: Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased
  • Expiration: Credits may expire after a certain period of inactivity

We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit values, and payment terms with reasonable notice.

6. Service Availability

POForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis:

  • No Uptime Guarantees: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service
  • Maintenance: The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or improvements
  • Downtime: Technical issues or external dependencies may cause service disruptions
  • No Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability

7. Third-Party Services

POForge depends on third-party services for core functionality, including:

  • AI translation providers
  • Authentication services (Google OAuth)
  • Payment processors
  • Cloud infrastructure providers

The availability and performance of POForge may be affected by these third-party services. We may change providers at any time without prior notice to improve service quality or reduce costs.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or service interruptions of third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • POForge is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
  • We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • You use the Service at your own risk

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of POForge after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
